Terms of Service

1. General Provisions

These Terms of Service (hereinafter — the "Agreement") govern the relationship between ТОО «HRStream» (hereinafter — the "Company", "we") and any individual or legal entity (hereinafter — the "User", "you") using the HRStream platform (hereinafter — the "Platform", the "Service"), accessible at hrstream.kz and app.hrstream.kz.

By registering on the Platform or using its features, you confirm that you have fully read this Agreement and accept all its terms. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, you must cease using the Service.

2. Description of the Service

HRStream is a cloud-based ATS (Applicant Tracking System) platform for automating recruitment processes. The Service provides the following capabilities:

  • Job vacancy and hiring pipeline management
  • Candidate database management
  • Interview scheduling and conducting
  • AI screening and candidate evaluation
  • Analytics and reporting on recruitment processes
  • Integration with external platforms (hh.kz, LinkedIn)
  • Employee onboarding and training programmes
  • Team collaboration and access management

3. Registration and Account

3.1. Use of the Service requires registration with accurate information.

3.2. You are responsible for the security of your account credentials (login, password) and all actions taken under your account.

3.3. A single user may be a member of multiple organisations on the Platform.

3.4. The Company may block or delete an account in the event of a breach of the terms of this Agreement.

4. User Rights and Obligations

The User has the right to:

  • Use the Service features in accordance with the selected subscription plan
  • Receive technical support
  • Request export or deletion of their data
  • Discontinue use of the Service at any time

The User undertakes to:

  • Provide accurate data upon registration
  • Not use the Service for unlawful purposes
  • Not violate the rights of third parties when using the Platform
  • Comply with the personal data legislation of Республики Казахстан when handling candidate data
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or other users' data
  • Not use automated tools for mass collection of data from the Platform

5. Company Rights and Obligations

The Company undertakes to:

  • Ensure Service availability at a level of no less than 99.5% (SLA)
  • Ensure the security and confidentiality of User data
  • Provide technical support during business hours
  • Notify Users of material changes to the Service

The Company has the right to:

  • Carry out scheduled maintenance work with prior notice
  • Modify the Service functionality for improvement purposes
  • Restrict access in the event of a breach of the Agreement terms
  • Amend subscription pricing with 30 days' notice

6. Subscription Plans and Payment

6.1. The Service is provided under the subscription plans described on the pricing page.

6.2. The free subscription plan is provided with limited functionality for an unlimited duration.

6.3. Payment for paid subscriptions is made in advance for the selected period.

6.4. The Company may change subscription prices by giving the User no less than 30 calendar days' notice. The current paid period retains the previous conditions.

6.5. Refunds for unused periods are issued on a pro-rata basis, less the value of services already rendered.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1. All rights to the Platform, its design, source code, trade marks, logos and other intellectual property objects belong to the Company.

7.2. The User is granted a non-exclusive licence to use the Service within the scope of its functionality and the paid subscription plan.

7.3. Data uploaded by the User to the Platform remains the property of the User. The Company makes no claim to rights in User content.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1. The Service is provided "as is". The Company does not warrant that the Service will meet all of the User's expectations.

8.2. The Company shall not be liable for losses arising from:

  • Actions of third parties aimed at disrupting the Service
  • Inability to access the Service for reasons beyond the Company's control
  • Unauthorised use of the User's account credentials by third parties
  • Decisions made by the User on the basis of data from the Service

8.3. The Company's maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the User for the last 12 months of Service use.

9. Privacy

The procedure for processing personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement.

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1. All disputes shall be resolved through negotiation. The response period for a claim is 15 business days.

10.2. If a dispute cannot be settled, it shall be referred to the court at the location of the Company in accordance with the legislation of Республики Казахстан.

11. Amendments to the Agreement

The Company may amend this Agreement. Notice of material amendments shall be given by email or through the Platform interface no less than 14 days before the amendments take effect. Continued use of the Service following the entry into force of amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
